The Universal Collection, designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for MDF Italia, features impeccably elegant lines and extraordinary ergonomics. This family of seats, including chairs and armchairs with either wooden or fully upholstered backrests, focuses on a three-dimensional back that defines the seating. The design is the result of a study on curving wood, leading to a patented technology that merges industrial design with craftsmanship.

Named for the versatile seat disc, the heart of the piece, Universal accommodates various bases and backrests, allowing for numerous configurations and textile combinations. This adaptability makes the Universal Collection suitable for a wide range of settings, from residential to contract, and both classical and contemporary environments, maintaining a unique and original presence.
